Purchase & Access

Your purchase offers you access to all the content available for your chosen city: audio guides, points of interest, themed walking tours, restaurant recommendations and a smart trip planner.

Your access is for life. You also benefit from content updates at no extra cost.

Once your purchase is complete, simply log in to your account in the CityGuide app. Your guide is available right away.

Yes. Each guide can be shared with up to 10 travelers. From the app, simply invite your travel companions by sending them a link by email.

Yes. All transactions are secured through our certified payment partners.

Using the app

When you turn on free-roam mode, the app uses your smartphone's location to detect nearby points of interest. The audio guides then start automatically as you approach a point of interest, letting you enjoy the visit without checking your phone.

No. You're free to explore the city however you like. You can play any audio guide directly from the map, or turn on free-roam mode so content triggers automatically based on your location.

Yes. CityGuide is designed to let you explore the city at your own pace, with no set route and no schedule to follow.

No. You can download the content before you leave and access everything offline throughout your visit.

Yes. An internet connection is needed to download your guide. Once it's saved on your phone, you can use it anywhere in the world, even offline.

Guide content

The number of places varies by destination. Our guides typically cover several hundred points of interest. Smaller cities offer around 50 places, while the richest destinations can feature more than 500.

All our content is carefully written and fact-checked to ensure reliable, relevant information that's a pleasure to listen to during your visit.

Yes. Our guides are regularly expanded and updated to give you the most reliable, relevant and up-to-date information possible.

The audio guides are currently available in French, English, German and Spanish. More languages may be added over time.
